Terms and Conditions

These privileges are valid until December 31, 2020.
These privileges are reserved for Krungsri Exclusive customers who maintain an average outstanding sum 6 months balance of 10-29.99 million Baht in deposits/ investments, or customers who have made policy payments for Bancassurance of more than Baht 500,000 under the same policy on the same year or 5,000,000 Baht either of unit linked insurance plan or single premium under the same policy on the same date.
The Bank reserves its right to calculate the AUM every month to send the privilege letter to eligible customers.
In case the eligible customers who have not redeem the privilege and increase an average outstanding sum 6 months balance of 30 million Baht or more, the Bank will update the privilege selections to 30 million Baht customer’s.
These privileges are reserved for the eligible Krungsri Exclusive customers whose name specified in the privilege letter, and therefore cannot be transferred to others.
Scan QR Code on the privilege letter to redeem the privilege or redeem via KMA – Krungsri Mobile Application.
For Health Check up Voucher, Dining Voucher, or Starbucks Card.
- After confirmation, the redemption will be recorded and cannot be amended.
- Voucher will be sent to the same address as this letter within 7 working days.
- After receiving the voucher, please make a reservation 2 days in advance with the contact information shown on the voucher.
- The Bank reserves its right to reissue another voucher in case of loss, damage, or stolen.
For Airport Transfer or Golf Cart Transfer Service
- After redemption the redemption code will show on the screen. Please use the redemption code for reservation with World Reward Solutions Co., Ltd: call 0 2016 9950 from 9.00 - 21.00 hrs. or email: booking@silver-voyage.com
- Please reserve 48 hrs in advance. Require at least 24 hrs advance notice to your reservation date for cancellation or postpone, otherwise, your privilege will be forfeited.
- The reservation is completed when receive the confirmation SMS.
Failure to comply with terms and conditions, customer will be responsible for paying all other additional charges.
Receipt or exercise of these privileges is subject to terms and conditions provided by the Bank and/or service provider/ business alliance.
The privileges listed on this letter can only be claimed at the specified venue of service, for the days and times specified.
In order to receive the selected privilege, the customer is required to follow the instruction.
These privileges cannot be extended or traded for cash or used with other sales promotions.
The Bank reserves its right to amend any details or conditions without prior notice.
These privileges can be redeemed from today until 30 November 2020 and the privilege validity is until 31 December 2020. See more conditions on the privilege voucher.
Where a dispute arises out of this promotion, the determination of the Bank shall be final.
