The Bank provides Bond/Debenture Holders’ Representative service for the benefit of institution, juristic person, and individual holders. We act as the intermediary to follow up the performance of the debenture issuer in order to ensure that the issuer complies with terms and conditions of the bond/ debenture issued filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as safe keep the assets placed as collateral for and on behalf of bond/debenture holders and reconcile covenant value under bond/debenture condition (if any).
