Conditions
  • Only applicable to customers who are juristic persons
  • The savings account used for registration must be a savings account or an current account, and must not be a joint account
  • Each 13-digit taxpayer ID can only be linked to one deposit account
  • Other conditions and rates of fees shall be as determined by the Bank

Limited Partnerships or registered ordinary partnerships 
  • Copy of the letter of the Partnership Registration Office certifying the names of the managing partners and the scope of authority of the managing partners, issued within three months prior to the application date
  • Copy of the letter certifying the seal of the limited partnership/registered ordinary partnership
  • Identification documents of the authorized signatory/signatories
Thai nationals
1) Copy of the identification card; or
2) Copy of the driver’s license which specifies the national identification number
Foreign nationals
1) Copy of the passport
Authorized persons
1) Copy of the Power of Attorney issued by the juristic person and signed by its authorized signatory/signatories

  • Copy of the company affidavit issued by the Registrar of the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, issued within three months prior to the application date

  • Copy of the identification of the taxpayer paying tax on behalf of the cooperative
  • List of names of the Board members of the cooperative or agricultural cooperative filed with the Registrar
  • Identification documents of the authorized signatory/ signatories

Q&A
Is the PromptPay service secure? 
The PromptPay service complies with the high international security standards and is subject to the close supervision and regulation by the Bank of Thailand, as is the case with the various types of funds transfer transactions currently offered.
Is there any registration fee for the Krungsri Business PromptPay service for Juristic Persons (Corporate Users)? 
No. There is no registration fee.
When can I register with Krungsri? 
The first day on which you can register for the Krungsri PromptPay service for Juristic Persons (corporate users) is 1 Feb 2017, whereby customers are required to link their savings account or current account with their 13-digit taxpayer ID number.
What channels can I register for Krungsri PromptPay service for Juristic Persons (Corporate Users)? 
You can either register via any branch of the Bank of Ayudhya or contact your business relationships manager for registration.
Is a telephone number applicable for registration? 
No.
How many deposit accounts can a juristic person link its 13-digit taxpayer ID number?  
You can only link the 13-digit taxpayer ID number with one savings account or current account, considering that there is only one 13-digit taxpayer ID number.
