Key features and transfer fees for Domestic Transfer to Krungsri Accounts

Key features

Senders are required to hold a Krungsri account and register for Krungsri Online service
Transactions can be made 24 hours a day (except for fixed and loan accounts where transactions can be made during 05.30 - 23.00 hr. daily).
Transfers between own accounts can be made at unlimited amount per day per User ID.
Transfers to third party Krungsri accounts which were already registered for service can be made at a maximum of THB 500,000 per day per User ID and Senders can extend the limit up to THB 2,000,000 per day in KMA.
Money is instantly transferred to recipient account.
Senders can make immediate transfers, or set fixed date for transfers in advance, or set routine transfers.
Transfer results are sent to senders email addresses or an SMS will be sent to mobile numbers given to the Bank as transfer evidence for reference purposes.

* The Bank offers the SMS service advising successful transfers to recipient (optional service).

Key Features

Transfer service is available 24/7.
Service in the amount up to THB 500,000 per day and may request to increase such fund transfer up to THB 2,000,000 per day in KMA.
Successful transaction confirmation is advised in an SMS or email as the transfer evidence.
Money is transferred instantly to recipients’ accounts.
Successful transaction slips are available for senders as transaction evidence.
Total transfer of domestic money transfer and domestic interbank transfer via Krungsri Online and KMA.

* The Bank offers the instant SMS service advising successful transfers to recipient (optional service).

International Transfer via Krungsri Online

Krungsri Western Union via KOL

Simply drop by one of our branches to apply for an outward remittance service via SWIFT. You can use the service to settle your purchases of goods and services, tuition fees for your children’s overseas education, etc by providing related payment details (recipient’s name/account number, the beneficiary bank, SWIFT or IBAN code).

Step 01: Apply for Krungsri Online services

Click “Apply“ at the Krungsri Online login page. and Click
“For Krungsri ATM/ VISA Electron/ VISA Debit card holder”

Step 02: Accept Terms & Conditions

Step 03: Enter your Krungsri Card

Enter your Krungsri ATM/VISA Electron/Visa Debit card number, ATM PIN, tied account number, and passbook serial number (for a savings account) or OD limit (for a current account).

Enter your FCD ATM card number, ATM PIN, date of account opening (issue date), currency displayed on your FCD card, and account number.

Step 04: Enter personal information and create password

Enter your personal information.

Create your own username and password.

Once completing the above steps, you can access Krungsri Online services immediately.

Channel 2: Apply via Krungsri ATM

suitable for Krungsri ATM/VISA Electron/VISA Debit cardholders. (FCD account and cannot use this method.)

Channel 3:Apply upon account opening

Express your intention to apply for Krungsri Online services when opening a savings or current account at a branch. (FCD account cannot use this method.)

Contain English numeric or alphabetical characters only (no special characters)
Must begin with letters only

Password setup requirements

8-18 characters
Contain English numbers or letters
Special characters are allowed
Must not be in numeric or alphabetical order
Must not contain repeating numeric or alphabetical characters
First 4 characters of password must not contain first 4 characters of User ID

Recommendations to set strong password to enhance security

Password should not have definitions that can be
found in a dictionary. To make it hard to guess, it should begin
with 1 or 2 sentences that are easy to remember for you.

Mix various types of characters such as capital and normal
letters or mix numbers and alphabets together.

Substitute letters with numbers that look alike; for example,
substitute the letter “O” with the number “0”,
or the letter “i” with the number “1”,
or the letter “S” with the number “5”

Use the language switching technique.
For example, set the keyboard language as
English and type Thai words of your choice. (examples not recommended)

Begin with 1 or 2 sentences (of around 10 words)
that are meaningful to you
