Detail

For individuals
  1. Applicant must be 20-65 years of age as of the contract date.
  2. Applicant must reside in Thailand.
  3. In case of foreign applicant, the applicant is required to submit copy of passport and work permit issued for a period more than 3 months and remain than 6 months and must have a Thai nationality guarantor
  4. Year of service must have worked for at least 1 year.
For Juristic Person
Applicant must be a juristic person registered for at least 1 year and operating in Thailand (for example, PLC, Co., Ltd, LP, JOP).
For individuals
  1. Original ID card and copy
  2. House registration (If have)
  3. Income documents
        3.1 Salaryman: Salary slip or salary certificate dated not exceeding 2 months
        3.2 Other career: Savings / fixed/ current accounts for the past 3 months
  4. Map of residence and workplace
For business owners/ business entity
  1. Business certificate of registration (current version) copies age not more than 3 months
  2. Por Por 20 (Tax/Vat Registration)
  3. Copy of ID card and house registration of all signatory directors or business owners
  4. Copy of ID card and house registration of shareholders who has share of 25% or more of a legal entity
  5. Copy of ID card and house registration of shareholders of guarantor
  6. Financial statements for 1 retroactive year
  7. Copies of savings, fixed or current accounts for the past 6 months
  8. Copies of tax payment (for example PND.50, PND.51, Phor Phor. 30)
  9. Meeting minutes " Notify your intention to apply for loan " (original signed by the authorized signatory of the juristic persons)
  10. The list of shareholders ( Bor Jor. 5) except listed companies
