Fixed income instrument underwriting services

The Bank provides fund raising consultancy services through the issuance of various kinds of fixed income instruments such as short-term debt instruments, bills of exchange, etc. It also acts as underwriter for the sales of such fixed income instruments for companies, domestic and foreign public and private entities covering all kinds of businesses. The provision of such services is based on considerations relating to the appropriateness of the fund raising objective, business type, financial structure and the financial market situation at the time.
