Krungsri DBD e-Certificate

e-Certificate printing now available for company affidavits issued by the Ministry of Commerce via the SME centers at 45 Krungsri branches

Previously, customers who wish to receive the “e-Certificate” service must contact, make payments to, and retrieve the documents themselves at the Department of Business Development (DBD) or request the DBD to deliver the same to them. Now, however, customers can pick up their certificates at the bank on a same-day basis by simply walking in, filling out the request form and wait for the certificate at the bank counter.

Types of Certificates Available

Company registration and certified copies of documents for limited partnerships, limited companies, and public limited companies
- Company affidavit (company registration);
- Certified copies of registration documents – e.g. applications for incorporation, applications to register changes to documents (BorOrJor.4), such as partners, directors, Articles of Association*, scope of authority of/names of authorized directors, offices/branch offices, capital, objectives, company seal (BorOrJor.3);
- Certified copies of the financial statement;
- Certified copies of the list of shareholders (BorOrJor.5);
Certification of particulars maintained by the Registrar in the case of foreign business operators, and copies of the following documents:
- Foreign Business License;
- Certified copies of registration documents;
- Certified copies of the financial statements;
Certified copies of the Certificate of Associations or Chambers of Commerce
- Certified copies of registration documents;
- Certified copies of financial statements;
