  • This promotion is for all types of Krungsri Debit Card and Krungsri Boarding Card (including Krungsri Debit Cards which are students ID cards, professor cards and employee cards).
  • Registration period is from 1 Jan 2025 to 31 December 2025.
  • This promotion is exclusive for Krungsri Boarding Card holders and Krungsri Debit Card holders aged 12-74 years.
  • AXA Insurance Public Company Limited (“Company”) reserves the right to provide insurance coverage to Thai nationals or foreigners who are legally residing in Thailand.
  • This insurance policy will not cover those travelling to, transiting through or travelling within the following countries: North Korea, Cuba, Belarus, Afghanistan, Crimea (including Sevastopol), Syria, Nepal (only any area with an altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level), Venezuela, Russia, Myanmar, Iran, Ukraine (only the regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia), and countries that have been sanctioned by the United Nations or have been subjected to trade and economic sanctions under the laws or regulations of the EU, UK or US.
  • The Company reserves the right to provide travel insurance for not exceeding 2 trips per year. Customers can use the privilege for 1 trip per month by specifying the number of the Visa card to be used to get the privilege together with the Citizen ID card number and the travel details. If the customer holds more than 1 visa cards, only 1 privilege can be redeemed.
  • In order to maintain the eligibility for receiving free travel insurance for the next trip, Krungsri Debit Card holders and Krungsri Boarding Card holders requesting for redemption of this privilege must achieve minimum accumulative overseas spending of 10,000 Baht through a Visa card (as specified for the redemption of privilege) during the travelling period which starts from the date of departure from Thailand until the date of returning to Thailand.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse to pay the claim if the name on the Visa card does not match the Citizen ID card or passport.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the policy at its sole discretion.
  • The insured customers must start travelling from Thailand and end the journey back to Thailand only.
  • Customers have to register for the eligibility to receive the privilege at least 1 day in advance but not exceeding 180 days before travelling. The Company will not cover any damage that can be foreseen or known to occur while the insurance is being taken out.

  • The underwriting conditions and coverage details shall be as specified by the Company.  Customers are advised to make thorough understanding about the coverage details and conditions every time before making buying decision of insurance.
