- A certified copy of the company’s corporate tax ID
- A certified copy of ID of all the authorized person(s), such as partners, managers, shareholders holding 20% shares and above

No. According to the Bank’s policy, cardholders are requested to contact the branches they opened their accounts in order to complete an official form for card cancellation
In the event of the account owner’s death, his/her heir can contact the account-opening branch to close the account with the following required documents:
- The original passbook of the account owner
- A certified copy of the death certificate
- A court letter or order appointing the heir as executor or administrator of the deceased’s will or assets
If the heir is not aware of the account number, he/she is required to submit a written request to the Bank to investigate the deceased’s account information, in addition to providing the above materials.
Customers can order check book(s) via 2 channels as follows:
- Ordering check book(s) at any Krungsri branch, and picking up at the same branch.
- Phone ordering and picking up check book(s) at the account-opening branch.
Check ordering fee is THB15 per check; including cost of check (THB12) and duty stamp (THB3).
Drafts are a safe, secure and reliable payment tool suitable for both individual and business customers who need to settle a large amount of money to recipients residing or located in different provinces. Drafts can be purchased at any Krungsri branches and buyers can easily indicate destination branches from which the recipients will draw the money.
Krungsri Quick Transfer is an over-the-counter service available to both Krungsri and non-Krungsri account holders. It provides money transfers to any Krungsri branches across Thailand and to our Vientiane branch in Laos.
Customers who wish to make a SWIFT-based transfer must have a Krungsri account. They have the options of paying the transfer fees themselves or assign the recipients to settle the fees on their behalf. Foreign exchange rates at the time the SWIFT transfers are made will apply. The transferred amounts will be credited into the recipients’ accounts as instructed, generally within 1-2 working days. There is no transfer limit for SWIFT-based transfers.
Funds transferred via Krungsri Quick Transfer will be credited to the recipients’ accounts at the destination branches. The recipients can withdraw cash or draw a cashier’s order by providing the transfer codes originated by the source branches and their IDs.
Customers who wish to make a SWIFT-based transfer are required to complete an international remittance form including the following details
- Name, last name and contact phone number of the sender
- Name and address of the beneficiary’s bank
- Account number of the beneficiary
- Foreign Exchange Transaction Form (For transaction valued at USD 50,000)
