Personal Banking FAQs

Customers can order check book(s) via 2 channels as follows:

1. Ordering check book(s) at any Krungsri branch, and picking up at the same branch.
2. Phone ordering and picking up check book(s) at the account-opening branch.

Check ordering fee is THB15 per check; including cost of check (THB12) and duty stamp (THB3).

Customers have 3 options to cancel or suspend checks

1. Go to the account-opening branch and ask for check cancellation or suspension
2. Call Krungsri Phone 1572 to cancel or suspend the check(s) through our automatic system
3. Log on to Krungsri Online to cancel or suspend the check(s) through the electronic channel.
