Foreign Bank Draft Services

Foreign Bank Draft Services serves your need to pay for goods, services, or overseas tuition fees as it provides a convenient, secure, and cost-effective payment solution. Bank of Ayudhya issues a foreign draft in a recipient's name and relevant currency for the recipient to deposit to the overseas bank account. In case of loss, simply notify the Bank to suspend the lost draft and re-issue a new draft.

How to apply?

    Log on to www.Krungsrionline.com. Select Krungsri Online service.
    Select “International Remittance Service”
    Select “Buy draft”

Service Fee

    THB 200.00 per draft
    THB 3.00 duty stamp per draft
    If you prefer not to collect the draft in person, we offer to send drafts by registered mails to local address. The fee is charged at THB 100.00 per draft.
    Customers are entitled to buy drafts of up to USD 20,000 or equivalent at up to USD 10,000 or equivalent per each draft.  

Documents Required

    ID Card or Passport, and invoices or documents stating obligation from overseas.

Buy-Sell Foreign Bank Notes Service
You can deposit foreign bank drafts payable to a local bank either to your Thai Baht account or Foreign Currency Deposit Account at any Krungsri branch nationwide (except Narathivas Branch).

Krungsri provides service on purchase of foreign bank drafts payable in your name for further collection with our various alliance banks worldwide so as to shorten the collection period.

You can deposit foreign issued cheques, namely bank drafts, personal cheques, corporate cheques or money orders to your Krungsri account and Bank of Ayudhya will act on your behalf in settling funds with the foreign issuers and depositing the amounts to your account immediately upon the collection result. With our worldwide alliances, the collection process is now quicker and more cost-effective.
