How to transfer the money

• Provide the information i.e. name-surname of the recipient, destination country, amount of funds, identity document
• Review the correctness of the money sending form and affix signature to confirm the transaction
• Receive the transaction evidence from the officer
• Inform the recipient of name-surname of the sender, amount of funds, 10-digits Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), and country of origin

 
How to receive the money

• Review the correctness of money sending form and affix signature to confirm the transaction
• Receive the fund and transaction evidence from the officer
