The Bank stipulated a corporate social responsibility framework called ‘Krungsri’s 4 CSR Pillars’ for responding to sustainable development at the national and international levels. Details are as follows:
Creating the understanding of social responsibility and sustainability among employees and executives such as providing the training program on integrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations into business, sustainable banking, and global sustainable development goals, e.g., organizing the ESG Open House activity, to raise awareness on creating shared value on sustainability among Krungsri’s employees and executives
Promoting long-term stakeholder engagement such as conducting a survey of stakeholders' opinions on the Bank's business operations, providing ESG training to stakeholders, e.g., customers, suppliers, etc., stakeholder engagement in CSR activities, etc.
Preparing the sustainability report in order to assess our sustainability performance and create stakeholder awareness through diverse channels
Emphasizing on creating community engagement both in the Bank’s operating area and nationwide via CSR activities and projects as follows;
Focusing on cultivating environmental conservation habits and awareness via CSR activities and projects, and promoting eco-friendly operating processes via various activities and projects as follows;
Promoting support for and assistance to society in various forms such as scholarships, disaster relief, donations to assist and support the activities of charitable organizations, hospitals, temples, other religious places, etc.
