General Usage​

krungsri app, the latest mobile banking service that simplifies all your financial needs. Whether you're looking to open a savings account, apply for loans, a credit card, or manage your mutual funds, krungsri app has got you covered. It is user-friendly, convenient, and more secure than ever, allowing you to effortlessly monitor your financial transactions and improve your money management.

To ensure the stability and security of financial services, the bank will limit the use of krungsri app to only one user account — specifically, the account with the most recent activity or the most linked products. This change will take effect starting March 7, 2025.

This account limitation will not affect your deposit accounts or any financial products you have with the bank, except for any scheduled transactions linked to user accounts, which will be canceled.

For users affected by this limitation, you can add your deposit accounts or other banking products to the krungsri app user account that remains active by going to: Menu “Others” > “Settings” > “Manage Account/Card” > “Add Account” and follow the given steps.

* Transfer or bill payment limits are capped at 2 million Baht per day.

** Facial identity verification limit can be set between 5,000 – 50,000 Baht per transaction. Transactions exceeding 50,000 Baht will require facial identity verification by default.

  • Select “Unlock OTP/PIN”​
  • Please disable access to wi-fi in order to enter the process of unlocking OTP/PIN​
    • In case of Krungsri bank account, the system will request you to take a selfie* for identity verification and re-verify by OTP to unlock OTP/PIN. However, if you cannot do the transaction by yourself, please bring the reference number obtained from the system to any branch to request issuance of a new PIN.​
    • In case of credit card or auto loan account, the system will request you to enter personal information for unlocking.
  • Open krungsri app​​​​
  • Select “Forget PIN”​​
  • Please disable access to wi-fi before proceeding to set new PIN
    • In case of Krungsri account, the system will ask you to enter personal information, take a selfie *to verify identity and confirm with the OTP again to unlock. If you cannot do the transaction by yourself, please bring the reference number obtained from the system to any branch to request issuance of a new PIN.
    • In case of credit card or auto loan account, the system will request you to enter personal information for unlocking.
*Applicable only to the customers who used to have their facial image taken so as to store the facial recognition data in the system of Krungsri Bank.​​​​
If you key wrong PIN more than 3 times, you need to request new PIN. Select “Forgot PIN” and process as forget PIN process
  • Access krungsri app​​
  • Select the “Settings” menu.​​
  • Select “Change PIN”​
  • Specify “Current PIN”​​
  • Specify “New PIN” and confirm the new PIN.​
  • Confirm the change of PIN with OTP​​
  • Change of PIN is successful. The system will exit to the “Log in” page. ​​
No.  You can only access Krungsri Online by using Username and Password.​
