How to open an e-Savings account for new customers

Step 1

Choose "Jadhai Online Savings Account" or "Mee Tae Dai Online Savings Account" banner

Step 2

Read product details and press "Open an account"

Step 3

Agree to the terms and conditions and press "Next"

Step 4

Provide consent for personal information and press "Accept"

Step 5

Enter your mobile number

Step 6

Enter the OTP code received via SMS

Step 7

Fill in your ID card information

Step 8

Choose an identity verification method and verify your identity through Krungsri i-CONFIRM or NDID

Step 9

Go back to krungsri app and provide more information for an account opening

Step 10

Verify U.S. citizenship status

Step 11

Confirm your tax residency in other countries

Review the bank account opening application form

Specify your anticipated transactions

Read additional information and provide consents

Take a selfie to confirm account opening

Fill in your 12-digit laser code from the back of your citizen ID card

Fill in the required information in the bank account opening application form

How to apply for a debit card

Open the "Account" menu
Choose a desired savings account for debit card application
Select "Apply for Debit Card"
Review the card details and press "Apply for Card"
Accept the terms and conditions
Enter card details and your delivery address
Choose an account for payment and press "Confirm"
Enter your PIN
Your transaction is complete
