How to apply for a Home Loan

Step 1

Go to "All Menu"

Review product details and click "Apply for Loan"

Step 6

Choose an account for loan application

Step 7

Perform a preliminary loan calculation

Step 8

Review the loan application process and click "Apply"

Read and consent to the data disclosure and click "Next"

Acknowledge and accept the terms of service

Confirm the relationship details with the bank

Enter and confirm your citizen ID information

Enter your personal details

How to add a Home Loan account

Step 1

Select "More" and go to "Settings"

Step 2

Choose "Manage Account/ Card"

Step 3

Click the "+" icon

Step 4

Select an account type

Step 5

Choose "Home Loan"

Step 6

Enter the home loan account number and click "Next"

Step 7

Verify the details and click "Confirm"

Step 8

Enter the OTP received via SMS

Step 9

Home loan account is added successfully

How to make Home Loan payments

Step 1

Select "Accounts"

Step 2

Choose a home loan account you wish to make payment

Step 3

Click "Payment"

Step 4

The screen will display the payable installment (editable), then click "Next"

Step 5

Verify the details and click "Next" (You can set recurring monthly payments here to avoid late or missed payments)

Step 6

Review payment details and click "Confirm"

Step 7

Receive an e-Slip
