How to Top Up your mobile phone via krungsri app

Step 1

Select "Top Up"

Step 2

Choose a mobile network provider you want to top up

Step 3

Enter the 10-digit mobile number and the amount and press "Next"

Step 4

Press "Confirm"

Step 5

Enter your PIN

Step 6

Top Up is successful. You can save a slip, add to favorite or share it on social media.

Step 7

Receive an e-Slip.

How to Top Up Rabbit LINE Pay via krungsri app

Step 1

Go to LINE application and select "Wallet"

Step 2

Go to Rabbit LINE Pay

Step 3

Press the “Top Up” icon to proceed Top Up

Step 4

Select "Add Money e-Wallet"

Step 5

Select "krungsri app"

Step 6

Enter the amount and click "Add Money"

Step 7

Tap "Open" to proceed to krungsri app. You will be redirected to krungsri app

Step 8

Press "Accept" to authorize the access

Step 9

Enter your PIN

Step 10

Verify the transaction details or tap Krungsri logo to change your source account and press 'Pay Now' to complete the payment

How to Top Up Easy Pass via krungsri app

Step 1

Select "Top Up"

Step 2

Choose Easy Pass from the following options:
1. Find Easy Pass from Recommended Top Up
2. Search for Easy Pass in the Search Biller box
3. Select ‘Others’ and choose ‘Easy Pass’

Step 3

Enter the Easy Pass serial number, choose the amount and press “Next”

Step 4

Press "Confirm"

Step 5

Enter your PIN

Step 6

Top Up is successful. You can save a slip, add to favorite or share it on social media.

Step 7

Receive an e-Slip.

3. Select an e-Wallet icon

In case you select the e-Wallet icon, choose an e-Wallet you want to top up or search for the service provider

Step 4

Enter the reference number linked with the e-Wallet you want to top up. Enter the amount and press "NEXT"

Step 5

Verify the transaction details and press “Confirm”

Step 6

Enter your PIN

Step 7

Top Up is successful. You can save a slip, add to favorite or share it on social media.

Receive an e-Slip.
