The service allows savings cooperative members to request a loan from a savings cooperative account and deposit it in a Krungsri deposit account.

Step 1

Select "All Menu"

Step 2

Choose "Cooperative"

Step 3

Select "Withdrawal Ordinary Loan"

Step 4

Enter the amount

Step 5

Confirm the amount

Step 6

Confirm the transaction

Step 7

Enter your PIN

Step 8

Transaction completed

The service allows savings cooperative members to deduct money from a Krungsri deposit account and make a repayment to a savings cooperative account.

Step 1

Select "All Menu"

Step 2

Choose "Cooperative"

Step 3

Select "Ordinary Loan Payment"

Step 4

Select an account to deduct funds from

Step 5

Choose a cooperative for payment

Step 6

Enter your membership number

Step 7

Press "Next"

Step 8

Enter the amount

Step 9

Confirm the entered amount

Confirm the transaction

Enter your PIN

Step 12

Transaction completed
