How to unlock OTP/ PIN

Access krungsri app
Select "More"
Select "Settings"
Select "Security"
Select "Unlock OTP/PIN"
Please disable your Wi-Fi connection in order to enter the process of unlocking OTP/PIN
- In case of Krungsri bank customers, the system will request you to take a selfie* for identity verification and re-verify by OTP to unlock OTP/PIN. However, if you cannot do the transaction by yourself, please bring the reference number obtained from the system to any branch to request unlock OTP/PIN
- In case of credit card or Krungsri Auto customers, the system will request you to enter personal information for unlocking.

*Applicable only to the customers who registered for facial verification with Krungsri Bank.

For Krungsri savings account

Step 1

Go to "More"

Step 2

Select "Settings"

Step 3

Select "Security"

Step 4

Select "Unlock OTP/PIN"

Step 5

Take a selfie to verify yourself
(Only the customer whose picture was taken and kept in Krungsri’s system.)

Step 6

Fill out 6-digit OTP received from SMS

Step 7

Unlock successfully

For Krungsri savings account customers who have debit/ATM card

Step 1

Go to "More"

Step 2

Select "Settings"

Step 3

Select "Security"

Step 4

Select "Unlock OTP/PIN"

Step 5

Fill out your personal information and debit/ATM card information to verify yourself

Step 6

Unlock successfully

In case you could not unlock OTP/PIN yourself

Select "Settings"

Select "Security"

Select "Unlock OTP/PIN"

Step 5

Bring the reference number to any Krungsri bank locations to get your new PIN

For Krungsri credit card customers

Fill out your personal information

Step 6

Unlock successfully

For Krungsri Auto customers
