End-of-month invoices? No worries! Whether it’s water, electricity, phone, internet, or loans, skip the confusion and hassle. Pay all your bills with just a few taps.

Krungsri app makes it easy for all Krungsri customers, including Krungsri Credit Card holders, Krungsri First Choice cardholders, and Krungsri Auto loan customers, to handle bills online. Just download, open an account, and start paying your bills instantly.
 

Making Payments for Krungsri Auto Loans

  1. Go to "Accounts"
  2. Select the desired auto loan account.
  3. The system will display details of the loan and outstanding payment
  4. Press "Payment"​
  5. Select "Krungsri Auto (Installment)"​
  6. Specify the amount you want to pay and press "Next"​
    In this step, you can set the schedule of recurring payment to save you from missing the loan payment by selecting Schedule > Recurring > Monthly > Start > End > Save ​​
    By doing so, the system will automatically make the installment payment regularly every month.
  7. Verify the transaction details and press "Confirm"
  8. Enter your PIN
  9. Payment successful

Paying for Krungsri iFIN Loans

  1. Go to "Accounts"
  2. Select the personal loan account as desired
  3. The system will display details of the loan and outstanding payment
  4. Press "Payment"
 
  • In case of paying with your savings account via krungsri app, please select "Payment by Account" and proceed the transaction according to the process of krungsri app.
  • In case of scanning a barcode to pay at a payment counter, please select "Payment by Barcode" and present the barcode at any branch of Counter Services, Tesco Lotus or Thailand Post to proceed the transaction.

Pay Alert

PayAlert is a service that allows you to send money transfer reminders through PromptPay via krungsri app or different bank’s notification system to recipient whom has registered for PromptPay. The recipient can then transfer funds instantly, fast, convenient, and hassle-free.
  1. Go to "All Menu"​
  2. Select "PayAlert"
  3. Select "Register"
  4. Select the phone number that is linked to PromptPay as the number for sending alerts and receiving payments
  5. Enter OTP
  6. The registration is successful
  1. Go to "All Menu"
  2. Select "Pay Alert"
  3. Select"Make a Request"
  4. Select the phone number that is linked to PromptPay as the number for receiving payments
  5. Select the PromptPay ID (either the phone number or the Citizen ID Card number) as the number for sending the payment alert
  6. Specify the amount requesting to pay
  7. Select a date range (For example, within 1, 7, 15 or 30 days) or specifying the payment date, and then press "OK"
  8. You can add a note for the details of payment
  9. Review the information of the transaction and press "Confirm"
  10. The request for payment is successfully created
  1. Go to "All Menu"
  2. Select "Pay Alert"
  3. Select "Your Request List"
  4. The system will display all the requests for payment that you have sent
  5. You can press to see the details and status of the requests
  1. Go to "All Menu"
  2. Select "Pay Alert"
  3. Select "Incoming Request List"
  4. Select the transaction that you want to make payment
  5. Review the information and press "Confirm"
  6. The transaction is successful

Bill Alert

Bill Alert is a service that ensures you never miss a bill payment by sending timely reminders. Available to users who have registered their PromptPay ID on krungsri app and activated the service with participating billers, it provides a seamless and convenient way to stay on top of your payments.
  • The sender of alert must apply for service of Bill Payment Crossbank (Biller ID)
  • The receiver of alerts must apply to link account to PromptPay ID (Mobile No/Citizen ID/Tax ID)
  1. Go to "Settings"
  2. Select "Application"
  3. Select "Bill Alert"
  4. Press "Enable /Disable Bill Alert" to enable/disable the function
  5. Press "OK"
  1. Press the notification from your mobile phone home screen and you will be directed you to krungsri app
  2. Review the information and press "Pay" in order to pay the full amount or specific amount
  3. Press "OK"
  4. Bill payment is successful
  1. Login to krungsri app and then press the "Notification" icon
  2. Select the notification that you want to make a payment
  3. Review the information and then press "Pay" in order to pay the full amount or specific amount
  4. Press "OK"
  5. Bill payment is successful
