How to verify your identity via Krungsri NDID

Step 1

Access the mobile app or website of a participating NDID service provider, such as a bank, securities firm, asset management company, life insurance company, or credit information provider

Step 2

Accept the terms and conditions and enter your details in the service provider’s app or website. Take a photo of your citizen ID card

Step 3

Select NDID as your identity verification option and choose krungsri app as the identity verification provider

Step 4

When you receive a notification for identity verification on your mobile, click to open it

Step 5

Step 6

Read and accept data disclosure consent

Step 7

Enter the OTP received via SMS linked to your registered phone number

Step 8

Click "Confirm" to finalize the transaction

Step 9

Take a selfie for identity verification

Step 10

Identity verification is completed successfully

Step 11

Proceed with the online account opening on the original app or website
