Suitability Assessment

How to complete a Suitability Assessment

To ensure the bank can provide you with more appropriate investment recommendations, if your previously completed risk assessment has expired, you must complete a new risk assessment before proceeding. You will be notified to update your information and can follow the steps below.

For Mutual Funds

Step 1

Select "Mutual Fund" from "All Menu"

Step 2

Choose "Suitability"

Step 3

Select "Renew"

Step 4

Complete the assessment and click "CONFIRM"

Step 5

View the assessment results and click "NEXT"

Step 6

The assessment is successfully completed, click "DONE"

For Government Savings Bonds

Step 1

Select "Mutual Fund" from "All Menu"

Step 2

Choose "Suitability Test"

Step 3

Select "New Suitability Test"

Step 4

Complete the assessment and click "AGREE"

Step 5

The assessment is successfully completed, click "DONE"

For Debenture/Equity

Step 1

Select "Debenture/Equity" from "All Menu"

Step 2

Choose "Suitability Test"

Step 3

Select "New Suitability Test"

Step 4

Complete the assessment and click "CONFIRM"

Step 5

The assessment is successfully completed, click "DONE"
