Unlock your PIN on krungsri app by yourself

Simply take a selfie and perform identity authentication with your Citizen ID Card at any branch of Krungsri Bank. You have to do this only once.

After completing identity authentication at the branch, if you enter the wrong PIN for 3 times in a row and the account is locked, you can unlock instantly by yourself on krungsri app without the need to go to the branch again. You can unlock the PIN by going through the following steps:

Take a selfie to verify yourself

Fill out 6-digit OTP received from SMS
