How to Register

How to Turn Off VPN and Proxy

To enhance your security, krungsri app now identifies and restricts access from devices connected via VPNs or proxies to mitigate potential fraud risks. If you encounter an alert regarding the use of a VPN or proxy, please disconnect the VPN and turn off Proxy following the steps below. Then, try accessing the app again.

VPN

Option 1: Turn off in the Settings menu

Go to “Settings” on your device
Select “Network and Internet” or “VPN & Device Management”
Select the VPN and disconnect

If you cannot find VPN menu, you can search in the setting menu or contact your mobile phone service provider for assistance.

Option 2: Turn off in a VPN application

Go to the main screen or “Settings” in your VPN application
Select “Turn off” or “Disconnect”

Proxy

Select “Settings” > “Connections” and “Wi-Fi”
Tap the icon on the right-hand side of the connected Wi-Fi network
Go to “Proxy” and select “Off” or “None”
