How to Resolve Issues with Screen Overlay Detection

krungsri app incorporates security measures to protect users from fraudulent activities. If the app detects screen overlay services, you will be unable to access the app. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
 
  1. Update the Operating System on your Android device to the latest version or at least version 12 for enhanced security
  2. If the issue persists after updating, follow these instructions to disable the screen overlay services:

    Disable Screen Overlay Services
    • Go to "Settings" on your device.
    • Navigate to "Apps" or "Applications"
    • Locate "Special Access" or "Special Permissions"
    • Search for options like "Appear on Top", "Display Over Other Apps", or "Draw over other apps"
    • Turn off the toggles to disable screen overlay from your applications and try accessing krungsri app again

    Turn Off Eye Comfort Shield Mode (For Some Devices)
    • Go to "Settings" on your device
    • Select "Display & Brightness"
    • Disable the Eye Comfort Shield feature
    • After completing these steps, you should be able to use krungsri app without issues.
